Here at Black Duck Farm, we set aside a bit of time every day for meditation. It distracts us from the pain, and it teaches us the skills of acceptance, gratefulness, mindfulness, compassion, and flexibility. Plus, our black ducks love it!
I’ve created some meditations for you to and you can stream them below.
Oh, and if you try one and tell yourself that it it didn’t work, remember that is just a white duck whispering in your ear. Don’t put any expectations on the meditations, just stick with them and drop the judgments. Remember, meditation is the practice but mindfulness is the music.
